"Were almost there!" Chris announced to the car full of wrestlers. Tyson sat next to him in the front, Alex and Jaime in the next row and Jackson James and Max Buck in the very back. "Will you hold me when we go on the roller coaster Maxxy?" Jackson asked his partner shyly. "Of coarse!" Max answered, "I won't let it hurt ya! Its just a ride hun."
The sign of the amusement park got closer and closer. It was a mint green billboard with big red letters reading "Gooper's Island". And animated Gooper the gopher flashed a bucked toothed smile and a thumbs up to his fans. "Omigod I'm gonna get to meet Gooper!" Alex squealed, "I LOVE GOOPER!" "Me too! Me too" Max hopped up and down, "You'll have fun with Gooper don't be a party pooper!" He sang the theme song. Jaime laughed sweetly as he watched the grown boys turn into little kids again. "Tyse and I weren't even thought of when you guys were coming here" he giggled. "Hey I'm not that much older than you" Max playfully kicked Jaime. "Are you calling us old?" Chris flashed the stink eye.
"Naw....but speaking of you guys being older I must say that kids from the nineties are far cooler than eighties kids" Tyson said matter of fact like. "Excuse me?" Alex protested, "woah we had way better stuff in the eighties dude!"
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!" Jackson blurted.
"Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" Jaime debated.
"Masters of the Universe" said Alex.
"Captain Planet" Tyson retorted.
"Ah no way babe Captain Planet was a complete wuss!" Chris pulled into a parking space. "Nu uh! He could bitch slap He-Man any day" Tyson poked his lover in the side. The boys continued their argument while they walked inside the park. "And don't forget about the Goonies!" Alex Shelley said as he payed for his ticket. "Welcome to Gooper's Island!" Gooper the gopher tickled Alex from behind. "Oh.....my....Gopher! Gooper! Gooper I love you!" Alex hugged the furry creature.
"Well Gooper loves you too Alex Shelley!" The gopher's soft paw patted the wrestlers back. "You know who I am?" Alex asked timidly. "Of coarse! Gooper is a huge wrestling fan! I'm tickled pink to see ya'll here!" Gooper answered. "Hey Goop maybe you can settle an argument for us" Jaime said after a round of hugs, "which was better? The eighties or nineties?" Gooper stood still for a moment. His paw rubbing his soft white buck teeth. "I'd have to say the eighties....." He answered. "Heck yeah take that whiny nineties babies" Chris fooled around. Alex, Max and Jackson cheered as Jaime and Tyson stood sour. "Totally loses to the nineties" Gooper continued, "Ninety one was Gooper's twentieth year in business AND Jaime's birth year! Huh Jaime?"
Jaime looked shyly at his feet and giggled. "Why yes Goopy....I love you!" He attacked the gopher with a hug, "marry me Goop!" "Oh lord" Alex Shelley pulled Jaime off of the costumed animal. "No I won't let go! I'm taking him home forever" Jaime clung to Gooper, "I'll help you build a dam in my bathtub!"
